小橋　城

1974年4月２日生まれ　東京都出身

 

写真家でもある父の背中を見て育つ。ニュージーランドの語学留学を経て、日本写真芸術専門学校に入学、卒業と同時に、写真家水谷章人に最後の弟子として師事する。 その後、フリーランスの写真家として活動。スキーを中心に各スポーツなどを撮影し、雑誌、広告などで作品を発表している。数年前よりフィギュアスケートやアウトドアスポーツなども積極的に撮影を試みている。2017年、Sony α9の開発に携わり作例などを担当。2018年、Sony FE400mmF2.8GMOSS の作例がメインカットに選ばれる。

Joe Kobashi
 Born in Tokyo, 1974.
Joe grew up watching his father who was also a photographer.
After studying English in New Zealand, he entered the Nippon Photography Institute. As he graduated, he became the last apprentice of Photographer, Akito Mizutani, and later proceeded his career as a freelance photographer. Although Joe’s main subject is Skiing, he also shoots various sports activities and has exhibited his works in a variety of magazines, publicities and other medias. Joe was involved in the development of the Sony α9 in 2017 and his shot with FE400mmF2.8GM OSS became the main cut for the promotion of the camera.
